Vela Luka welcomed the inauguration of a new maritime-passenger terminal, which is a significant boost in the development of this nautical town.
The terminal consists of four berths, including one 150-meter berth, two 70-meter berths, and one 40-meter berth. The newly constructed port is the result of the recently completed EU project managed by the County Port Authority of Vela Luka, and it stands as the largest port on the Croatian islands.
The inauguration of the new terminal also marks the beginning of construction works on the final phase of Marina Korkyra, which will bring additional wet berths, as well as a breakwave.
Congratulations to the Vela Luka County Port Authority on the successful implementation of this impactful project!
